I spent some time this weekend visiting my wife’s family down in Ft. Worth, and the centerpiece of the visit was the Big O! Oliver has turned their household upside down in the best way that only a baby can!

I loved watching the sense of discovery in his eyes as he explored the world around him and these strange people showing up. Most of the time – even with the occassional runny nose from teething – he was the happiest little guy in the world with a big supply of gummy grins for everyone. Bath time was definitely a hit!

As I get ready to be a dad myself, I can’t wait to feel the love for another person that I see in Oliver’s parents!
