I met a fantastic family last weekend for their holiday shoot. Tina and Kevin run the local bread bakery and are absolutely delightful people. Our families met through Jocelyn’s drive to raise community awareness for Down syndrome through the annual walk and fundraiser for the Down Syndrome Guild of Southeast Michigan.
The Yanceys went “all in” and offered all kinds of support for the cause, including spaces for a donation box by each register and the gift of handcrafted bread for the walkers. Too bad I was in India at the time!
As you can tell by the images, their daughters have a ton of personality!
By the way, if you live anywhere near Birmingham, you seriously need to stop by Great Harvest Bread Company and buy some of the Yanceys’ wares. I am a big fan of the Michigan Cherry Walnut!
