We had a great time last night with Breath & Dirt, Danny Cox, and Brae at the District in Lake Orion. Local artists came together for a concert to benefit on of my favorite organizations – Impilo (the Zulu word for “life”). Started by my friend Ndumi Mafu, Impilo is bringing a positive message of hope to South Africa through innovative media.
I love watching artists who are truly doing their art as a mission of service!
Ndumi is moving back to South Africa to begin a new phase in the life of Impilo. Danny Rossi led prayer for him and the entire Impilo team – it wasn’t hard for all of us in the audience to support that!
